Marcelle Brand is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Splassher, Inc.  Marcelle began her career with The Wall Street Journal, in marketing strategy working with clients to develop programs to maximize impact through the use of the printed publications in combination with their digital products at WSJ.com.  Marcelle departed WSJ.com in 1999 to join Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising, Team One Division, leading the development of high impact digital marketing campaigns for Lexus.com, automobiles.

 

Marcelle earned more than 30 advertising industry awards in digital media production including Clio, BAFTA, Belding, One Show, Cannes Lion, among others.  

 

Marcelle’s continued work in digital marketing development has delivered some of the most notable campaigns in recent times, including Chevy Sonic’s “Let’s Do This” campaign, in which Chevy bungeed a Sonic vehicle off of a 100ft tower to an online audience during a live event in which users delivered more than 1.3 Million “mouse-clicks” to push the Sonic vehicle off of its perch – a scene captured for Chevy’s subsequent Superbowl TV spot.  Recent projects include leading user experience and strategy for a variety of projects including websites, mobile APPs, Ecommerce sites, MMOG (Massive Multi-player Online Games) kiosks, 3D Hologram presentations, and Time Square Digital Billboard Take-overs for brands including Samsung, Nike, Mattel, Universal and CBS Films.2
